> PAYMENT

1. Payment of the art is to be done upfront via Stripe or Ko-Fi after the price has been discussed and agreed on


2. I usually only ask for payment once I get to the person's spot on the waiting list, but if you'd prefer to pay ahead of time, that is also allowed!


3. Your commission will begin once you've made the payment


4. Payment is to be done in USD currency


5. I'll NOT accept payment in cryptocurrency nor artrades of any kind


6. Refunds are not allowed


7. I do all my commissions by order of arrival. If someone is before you, chances are that I won't start on your order until I'm done with theirs! Please be patient and feel free to reach out if you have any questions

> REFERENCE SHEET AND IMAGES

1. Please provide clear reference sheet/pictures of your character and/or environments you wish for me to draw


2. Digital flat coloured references are preferred as to have the colours be as accurate as possible. Be wary of noisy file types (Ex: .jpg, .jpeg, etc) which may affect your reference's colours. This is optional for as long as the reference is clear, I'll work with it


3. If you have a pose in mind, feel free to send reference pictures of it. Descriptions also work, but visual references are ideal!


4. If you have something more specific in mind, you can also draw and send a rough drawn reference of what you want! It can even be stick figures or something simplistic! 📙🦔 Don't worry about the sketch being bad or anything like that, I promise they help immensely!!

> PROGRESS ON YOUR COMMISSION

1. I'll share with you via Direct Messages (DM) the progress of your commission. Feel free to ask if there are any desired changes


2. If you do not wish for me to send progress images and just want to see the final commission when it's finished, be sure to warn me!


3. Revisions and edits are to be requested as soon as possible. Small edits will not be charged, but large changes, multiple revisions, and anything that involves a lot of redrawing will be charged accordingly. Larger revisions made after the picture's completion will be charged extra. Feel free to draw over my progress images if you want a specific change! Save time for us both!


4. You'll first be sent the rough sketch, this is the ideal time to ask for changes in poses, expressions, composition, etc. I'll only move forward to the lineart once you have approved the sketch

> USAGE

1. You're allowed to use your commissioned piece for personal use, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, printing it for yourself or anything like that!


2. You're allowed to post your commission on websites. Credit to either @tsurabe is generally appreciated! 🦔📣


3. You are not allowed to use my art to train any current and/or future generative AI models


4. I own the right to use the commissioned work for any portfolio or commission example purposes. I generally ask right away, but if you want your commission to remain private, please let me know!
